$5 Raffle of (Brand New) Kindle Fire HD8 with Alexa

The "Kindle" Raffle is being conducted by Union Bethel AME Zion Church, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Ticket purchasers must maintain a mailing address within the borders of the United States or one of its territories.

There is no limit to the number of tickets one (1) person may purchase.

Raffle tickets are $5.00 each. Raffle tickets may be purchased via the following means:

• on Cashapp $unionbethel, please identify in the note section your cell phone number & the word "raffle".
• on Paypal at https:/www.paypal.me/ubcamez, please identify in the note section your cell phone number & the word "raffle".
• in-person with Cash
• in person or mail with Checks or Money Orders: Written out to Union Bethel AME Zion Church and sent to PO Box 826, Cornelius, NC 28031

All monies for tickets must be received no later than 7:00PM EST on Saturday, July 11, 2020. Union Bethel AME Zion Church will not extend ticket sales beyond the drawing cutoff date/time of 7:00PM EST on Saturday, July 11, 2020.

ALL ticket sales are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Only one prize will be given away, which is a brand-new Kindle Fire HD8 Tablet:

• 8" HD display; 16 GB of internal storage (up to 400 GB with microSD)
• 1.3 GHz quad-core processor
• Up to 10 hours of battery life
• Hands-free with Alexa, including on/off toggle
• 2 MP front-facing camera + 2 MP rear-facing HD camera

The winner will be determined by random drawing. The winner need not be present to win.  Winner will be notified by via phone, text, and email. However, if the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours of the notification by either phone or email, another winner will be selected randomly to receive the prize until receipt of notification is confirmed within the noted 24-hour time period. Upon confirmed receipt of notification, the winner will either be:

• mailed the prize (shipping is free)
• have the prize dropped off at a neutral location within Charlotte, Cornelius, or any other local surrounding North Carolina area
• requested to pick up the prize at the physical location of Union Bethel AME Zion Church (20736 Catawba Ave, Cornelius, NC 2803)

An official announcement of the winner will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 12 PM EST on  Union Bethel AME Zion's Facebook Page.
